In 2006, the Maneki® Brand was added to our line of core Japanese seafood products. Maneki® brand items were created to deliver the same quality and consistency as Crane Bay® while offering customers a better pricing value.
Passport Cuisine® is our domestically produced line of Japanese inspired appetizers. Passport Cuisine® includes seafood, chicken and pork flavors of Gyoza (potstickers), Shumai (dumplings) and Harumaki (spring rolls).
Tezukuri® is our line of handmade Tempura Shrimp. The name "Tezukuri" stems from the Japanese words "Te" meaning "hand" and "Zukuri" meaning "to make."
Maneki® Value is our newest brand of high quality, value added shrimp products. While the quality remains consistent with our other brands of shrimp, the size selection is limited and the packaging redesigned to a convenient bulk style. Sizing specifications have been broadened to allow for improved cost savings.
